As a property inspector, we look at things like the property’s roof, exterior, foundation, structural and electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems. I then provide a written inspection report with their findings.
Commercial inspections can take anywhere from 4 to 6 hours, a home inspection takes two to four hours. Condo inspections typically take one to two hours.
